Exit polls seem to indicate a victory for Barack Obama today. He has essentially tied Hillary's support among women as well as with lower income voters.
- Women: Obama 51%, Clinton 49%
- Change vs. experience, 52% to 24%.
- Just 17% are first time voters
- Families with income under 50,000: Obama 51%, Clinton 49%
- Independents: Obama 63%, Clinton 34%
- Seniors: Clinton 60%, Obama 39%
- Top quality - experience: Clinton 95%, Obama 5%
- Union households: Clinton 50%, Obama 49%

Hmm, I wouldn't call it for him quite yet but it's a good sign for him. How are exit polls leaking before polls close? I thought that wasn't supposed to happen anymore.
Different pollsters will do "preliminary exit polls" but the TV networks don't.
Nevertheless, the TV networks still drop big hints, like the change vs. experience stuff. They allow people to try to piece the numbers together if they can.
Well I love when they put out the percentage of each gender and then the vote within each gender. It's like basically unless there's a giant transgender vote out there you know you're gonna get pretty close to the final projection.
