Mission Statement

The mission of the College Democrats of Madison is to elect Democratic leaders to represent students at all levels of government, promote the Democratic cause across our campus and to have one hell of a good time.

Now that Election Day 2006 has passed the College Democrats' focus will shift from advocating for the election of specific Democrats and turning out the vote to promoting policies that do the most to help students, that protect our university and the higher education it offers, and that fight for the rights and protections that should be afforded to all citizens.

The College Democrats firmly believe that peoples' basic happiness stems from the enjoyable times they share with others and vow to create an incredibly fun, exciting and rewarding atmosphere for all students to take part in.
