		<description>I find it completely ironic that the two greatest advocates of this law are two MEN.  If they think this is lawful and not a big deal to reveal the information online, then what is the big deal of staying constitutional and respecting doctor-patient confidentiality?  They should be taking the amount of money that this would cost and invest it in sexual education for teens, therefore possibly helping to prevent this situation all together.  I am outraged by this and don&#039;t see how they believe this to be constitutional or humane.  But then again, I&#039;m sure they thought the Patriot act was constitutional.</description>
